Shipping Policy

At Samarth Agro King, we strive to ensure that your order reaches you in the freshest condition and on time. Here’s an overview of our shipping process:

  1. Delivery Locations: We deliver our premium organic produce, including Alphonso mangoes and other seasonal fruits, across India.

  2. Shipping Charges: Shipping charges may vary based on the delivery location and order size. You’ll be informed of the applicable charges during checkout.

  3. Delivery Time:

    • Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days.

    • Standard delivery time ranges from 3-7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.

    • For seasonal fruits like mangoes, we aim to dispatch orders received before Wednesday by Saturday to Monday to ensure the best quality.

  4. Express Delivery: For select locations, we offer express delivery options at an additional cost. Express orders are delivered within 1-2 days after dispatch.

  5. Order Tracking: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS, allowing you to track the shipment status.

  6. Delivery Conditions: Please ensure that someone is available at the delivery address to receive your order. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Return & Exchange Policy

We are committed to delivering the best quality products. However, if you face any issues with your order, our returns policy is outlined below:

  1. Perishable Goods: As our products include perishable items such as mangoes and other fruits, we do not accept returns. However, if you receive damaged or incorrect items, you can request a replacement or refund within 24 hours of delivery.

  2. Non-Perishable Goods: For non-perishable items, returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in a resellable condition.

  3. How to Request a Return:

    • Contact our Customer Care team via email at samarthagroking@gmail.com or call us at 85918 24599.

    • Provide your order details and a description of the issue. Photos of damaged items (if applicable) will help expedite the process.

  4. Refunds: Refunds will be processed once the returned item is received and inspected. Refunds will be made to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

  5. Return Shipping Charges: If the return is due to a product defect or incorrect shipment, we will cover the return shipping costs. Otherwise, return shipping will be at the customer’s expense.

  6. Order Cancellations: Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After this period, cancellations may not be possible for perishable items once they are processed for shipping.
